Lamp Care

To keep your Cozi Studios lamps in perfect condition, please follow these care instructions based on the material of your lamp.

Acrylic Lamps

Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the surface. For stubborn spots, dampen the cloth with a little warm water and mild dish soap.
Avoid: Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough cloths that can scratch the acrylic.

Glass Lamps

Cleaning: Gently wipe with a microfiber cloth or a soft cloth to avoid scratches. For deeper cleaning, use a glass cleaner with a soft cloth.
Tip: Always clean from top to bottom to avoid streaks.
Avoid: Do not use harsh chemicals or rough cloths that can damage the surface.

Metal Lamps

Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mixture of mild soap and water for a deeper clean.
Tip: Dry immediately to avoid water spots or rust.
Avoid: Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners that could damage the metal finish.

Rice Paper (Japanese Lamps)

Cleaning: Gently dust with a soft brush or use a dry, clean microfiber cloth. To remove smudges, lightly dampen a cloth with water and blot the area.
Tip: If the rice paper gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally to avoid damaging the delicate material.
Avoid: Do not use water directly on the paper or apply pressure that may cause wrinkles or tearing.
