How to place an order?
You can place an order through this website by selecting add to cart, checkout and settling payment.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders. You can place your order through this website or message us on Instagram if you need special assistance.
How long does the battery last for portable lamps?
For rechargeable lamps, charge for 3 hours and the battery will last 4-5 hours depending on the brightness setting.
Do the products require assembly?
Some items require assembly. If you need assistance, please reach out to us and we can send you a step-by-step video guide.
Does the product have a warranty?
Yes, all items come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have a showroom located in 28 M.H. Del Pilar St, Grace Park East, Caloocan, 1403 Metro Manila

Mon - Fri : 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Sat : 8:00 am-12:00 pm
What is your packaging like?
Our lamps come in carton boxes protected by styrofoam. Bigger furniture items are wrapped in stretch film.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Security Bank, GrabPay, Atome, and Billease. You will find this on the checkout page.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across the Philippines.
What is your lead time for deliveries?
For Metro Manila, 0–3 days excluding Sunday and holidays.
For Provincial, it can range from 3-10 days depending on the distance.
Can I book my own courier?
Yes, you can use your own courier by selecting Warehouse Pick Up. We will send a notification with shipping details once your order is ready.
Which couriers do you use?
For Metro Manila, we use Lalamove.
For Provincial, we use AP Cargo and J&T.
Can I still change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
For Metro Manila orders, we always reach out to the customer before dispatch.
For provincial orders, we can’t accommodate specific delivery times. Our couriers follow their own standard delivery schedules.
Returns & Refund
Can I change my order if I change my mind?
Yes, replacements are possible if the item is in brand new condition. However, we do charge a replacement fee.
I received the wrong item, what can I do?
Please contact us right away. Take photos of the item and keep the original packaging. We'll handle it from there.
I received my item damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us right away. Take photos and videos of the damage and keep the original packaging. We'll handle it from there.
Can I send my lamp back for repairs?
Yes, you can send the lamp to us for repairs past the warranty period and we'll see what we can do.
How long do repairs take?
Repairs usually take 1-2 weeks depending on the situation.
